Vendor Expo - Booth Set-Up/Tear Down The Vendor Exhibition will be open April 10th, 11th, 12th to everyone including the general public. “Vendor Demo-Day" where vendors are encouraged to showcase and demonstrate their products will take place on a range dedicated exclusively for this purpose on April 11 and April 12th. Vendors will be allotted (2) 6ft tables (2) chairs, and will be offered an area of approximately 10ft x10ft within a tented hardstand space, directly adjacent to the ranges and event area. There will be no movement, docking, set up or union fees charged to participants. Vendors may set up their booths between the hours of 8:00am-10:00am Thursday April 10th. Food and amenities will be available on site directly adjacent to the vendor exhibition area. Rain or shine, the VENDOR EXHIBITION will be open: Thursday April 10 - 10:00am - 3:30pm Friday April 11 - 9:00am - 4:00pm Saturday April 12 - 9:00am-4:00pm Vendors are responsible for the transportation of booths and goods to the site (Camp Robinson Ranges). Details for shipping and removal of goods from the facility will be provided upon completion of online registration. Tear down time will be allowed Saturday April 12th at the completion of the show. Vendors should make individual arrangements for P/U of all goods for late Saturday April 12th or Monday April 14th. All vendors will be required to show or share proof of arrangements for P/U of individual goods at event check-in. World SWAT Challenge and Camp Robinson will not be responsible for any left items on site. Shipping Vendors should ship their materials to the following address to arrive no later than Friday, April 4th but no earlier than Monday, March 31st. All shipping tracking numbers should be forwarded to Jenn Harrison at jharrison@ontargetchallenge.com for tracking purposes. Please be prepared with return shipping labels on site as necessary. The VRF can be faxed to 301.421.9575 or mailed to our office. Payments will be accepted by check or credit card online, fax, or by mail. Please let us know if necessary. Sales Vendors are permitted to display, demonstrate, give away, or sell product or goods on site. Reception and Awards Banquet All vendors will receive invitations to attend the competitor reception, Wednesday April 9th at 7:00pm. Vendors are also able to attend the Awards Banquet on Saturday April 12th. Tickets for the Awards Banquet are not included in the vendor fee but may be purchased at registration.
